Hi sorry for the late reply. I made the swimming tail by creating a Shells of Shells and editing the number of stars after the Shells to 1 to create an almost continuous movement. Then you need to make the size of the stars to the ascent effect for the Shells of Shells and make sure to set the brightness over time to full brightness for the ascent effect and then edit the brightness for the stars and make sure they are set to full brightness at the beginning of its lifetime to give a seamless effect.
