Effects on creative disappeared after i bought fwsim pro

some effects i created on fwsim creative after i bought fwsim pro dont appear in fwsim creative anymore but only on the pro version on creative there is an error that appears as soon as i start the program saying those effects cant be found or something

Hi,

thanks for letting me know.

When you create effects in Creative Edition, they usually work fine in FWsim Pro - it’s the same file format.

Please try this:

  1. Let me know the name of one effect that isn’t being found
  2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to “My Documents” > “FW-Sim”
  3. Find the file “effect_load_errors”
  4. Click my username here in the forum, and send me a private message. Please attach that “effect_load_errors” file.

With this information, I will be able to help you.

just one thing how do i attach the effect load errors here

Click my username and select “Message”. A message box will open. Type some text.

Then, open Windows Explorer, and navigate to “My Documents” > “FW-Sim”.

Click the file “effect_load_errors”, and hold the left mouse button clicked. You can now move it over the chat window, and let it go - it will be attached to the message.
