Failure by clicking Singleshot button

Hello everyone,
today i opened fwsim and clicked on the singleshot button and then nothing goes on.
i had to close fwsim. After a few trys i decided to install the program new. But nothing changed to it.
what can i do?

Same. I solved restarting the computer also.

i did it too, but nothing changed, still hanging

Sorry for my panic.
the problem solved.

my laptop thought it has two screens, so he showed me the singleshot frame on the second screen that doesnt exist.
