i found my fwsim pro subscription canceled so i re subscribed from scratch the subscription didn t update i dont know what happened and i didnt receive any notification on my email that said subscription canceled

My apologies for the trouble. It sounds like you had a subscription and then there was a problem with the credit card and you solved it by starting a new subscription.
