Hi, I’ve recently upgraded to FWsim 3.5 on my PC, but I have a problem, I can´t find these effects anywhere. I think they’re old effects from 3.4 or lower versions. What can I do?

welcome to the FWsim community forum.
It seems you don’t have the extra effects installed that come with FWsim Creative Edition. You can install them by clicking on the Help menu and then “License Info and Upgrade”. On that page, you will find a download link for those extra effects.
