Could you try one thing for me?

Please go to speedtest.net and run a complete test there. Then post the results. This will give me some indication of how fast your internet connection is. That way, we can pinpoint the source of the error.

i entered fwsim i went to open a show the first five times gave me the error message then the sixth it worked and it opened again after a while i opened fwsim and the first 3 or four times error and then it opened waht the hell is going on and why it happens to me and just me i work with fwsim i need it i hate this problem that once in a while needs to show itself up again
