Update 4.2.2.2 visual change [FIXED]

Hi Lukas,

It seems that update 4.2.2.2 has changed the way effects are displayed when there is music.
The effects disappear instantly if there is no more music!
However, I don’t have this problem on exported videos.

I’ve just downloaded and installed version 4.2.2.2 (I was on 4.2.2.0 before) and I notice exactly the same issue (at least I’m glad that it’s not only on my computer). It seems that it occurs with all effects having particles that last several seconds (like falling leaves, or long tails).

Note that there’s no issue when I open each effect individually in the effect editor. It’s only when playing the show in the main window.

The problem has been solved in v4.2.2.3.

Hi, @Lukas. I have a problem. During the live preview, I deleted the cue, but still, there’s still an effect shown in the preview after I deleted it.

Thanks for the notice! This will be fixed in our next big update, coming in ~2 weeks approximately.
